help tommy

tommy was a previous bait dog  who has  had alot of medical issues . he is ow facing  a surgery  feb 27  at 8 am  due to his left side of his airway  being paralized  due to neglect  of  his previous  owners who  used him as a bait dog . he ws turned into chester county animal control  under the allegations of a stray .  he was 29 pds  and  now is  43 pds  he is loosing wieght  due to vommiting becasue this  paralized side is causign trouble for him to  eat and swallow  the vet is gogin to open the airway up  . which means  tommy will never get to go swimming  or even be left alone with any water  at all  he has faced over  1300 in vet bills  in  2 months alone   and  is now his surgery is goign  to cost 1700 dollars  his mommy n daddy  are using the last on there carecard  of 1400  and need to raise  300 more   maybe little more  for prescriptons  due to after surgery  please help  . jefferson animal hospital  in  louisville , ky 40219  number is 5029664104  dontaions can  be made as well this way  just let them know it is for tommy ziaja
