Help Tom Witcher Annihilate Lymphoma!

Tom Witcher believes in God and he believes in MIRACLES!  Once diagnosed with stage 4 Non-hodgkins Lymphoma many years ago, by God's grace he slayed that dragon into remission.  Now, seven years later, it has reared its ugly head once again.  Tom was due to begin chemotherapy in Anchorage, Alaska on Jan. 2, 2014, but became critically ill with a variety of problems and has been hospitalized all this time, 2.5 hours from home (Soldotna).  His wife Dian, who has MS, has been with him, as have other family members, round the clock.  Tom's condition is stablilizing; he will begin chemo-therapy as soon as he is stable, and it appears that will be very soon.  Currently, it is unknown what percentage of Tom's care is going to be covered; we will update that figure when we know.  In addition to the medical costs, however, the family is experiencing costs way beyond their ability to manage in order to be near Tom during this critical time.  They were able to acquire lodging at Hinkle House, very near the hospital in Anchorage, but that runs $70 a night.  Food, gas for travel, and other necessities, of course, are on top of that.  When we know specifics more precisely, we'll post updates.  We feel certain that our $20,000 goal will be a drop in the bucket, but we have to have a place to start.  Virgil, Tom's brother, will manage the donations; you can be certain he is a man of God and can be trusted with your heart gift; rest assured that it will be used specifically for Tom and his families' out-of-pocket expenses associated with his illness, hospitalization, treatment and RECOVERY!  Your prayers are coveted.  Thank you, and God bless each and every one.     In Him, Charlyn Witcher
