Help Todd with Knee Surgery Convalescence Expenses

Hello. My name is Todd. I have to undergo knee replacement surgery in order to walk and be productive again. I am a construction worker and I lost my job six weeks ago because I was unable to climb stairs or use a ladder because my knee cartilage is deteriorated and is bone-on-bone. My surgery is scheduled for July 7th. I am between a rock and a hard place because I really need to work but I can't because I can't walk without severe pain even using a cane or walker. Knee replacement surgery takes from four to six months to heal and I have a family to support. My former employer offered no short term disability insurance or even a leave of absence. At this point I am behind on rent and car payments. I am asking for help to pay our bills for the next four months or so while I heal and get rehabilitated from this surgery. Any amount will help.
