Dear brothers & Sister,

I belong to a small farmer family and I struggle with my health issue including both kidney stone and Gall Bladder stone since last 1 year still have not done operation due to money.

I was working in a firm but due to my multiple health issue, I can not work. Please help me to get done my operation of Gall Bladder stone and Kidney stone.
