help to start a man and van buisness for someone who suffer from mental health and constantly overlooked for work

i suffer and have suffered from mental health, PTSD chronic long term depression as well as anxiety for most of my life, due to things that happened when i was in the care system. I have always been turned down for jobs, told i would never make anything of my self and constantly over looked for every opportunity in life. I have no funds to do this, and been turned down for grants. I may have mental health issues, but i am human, and every rejection or sneer puts me down either further. This is a lot to do with ignorance, and people dont take the time to get to know you properly. So i want to show people and make a bench mark that people who have health issues be it mental or physical ( which i have too, namley glue ear, loss of hearing in left ear, and kyposcolliosis ) In doing this i want to offer reduced rates for those on low income, as i have been all my adult life, as well has having a mental health awarness advert on side of the van. I literally have tried every avenue and no on seems to want to help, so someone suggested i tried on here. People need to stop being ingnorant of the issues people like me go through. I did volunteer with the air cadets and that helped with my mental health, so this will help me personally aswell as trying to raise awrness too
