Help to save my Mom

I am a 40 year old Hispanic American Male living in New York City. By the grace of God I was born and raised here in the United States because my parents saw something in this country and decided it would be best for them to move here. Growing up we had a real hard time, as middle class Americans both my parents worked very hard to raise my sister and I. Our family was not perfect, and the stresses of life growing up in Jamaica Queens took a toll on all of us. When I was in my mid-twenties I took some rather risky maneuvers. Trying to attain wealth to help my family I in turn ended up running it. Jumping into the whirlwind of Real Estate Investments I secretly took out a Home Equity Line of Credit on my mothers house. The details of such is, my Mom had approved it (otherwise I would not be able to get it) however I told her it was only for emergency use. What my Mom did not know, was that I intended to use it all along for R.E. Investing. My plan backfired, after I bought several properties in FL I ended up losing them all during the Housing Market crash back in 2007. My mother eventually found all this out and it broke her heart to the point where she no longer has been the same with me since. Now in her 80's she has numerous health conditions and I am worried that she will one day go from this earth never forgiving me. Unfortunately the amount of the Loan is so high I can never pay this down just by working my regular job. So here I am asking for help. I don't know if this will work but I have to believe that God somewhere hears my cries. In fact I know he hears me, but will anyone give? I'm hoping. It is my desire to present to my Mom, within the next year, a satisfaction of Mortgage from Chase. If you can help in anyway I promise you it will be much appreciated. May the Lord Bless you.
