Help us create self-sufficient wellness sanctuary in ecofarm with rescued horses

Hi,

we are a group of three friends. Our vision is to create a holistic wellbeing sanctuary in already established farm with rescued horses and transform it into eco-farm with self-sustainable permaculture.

It´s located in a beautiful green spot hidden in a desert behind hectic Cairo, literally next to sacred spots.There are already beautiful tiny houses waiting for reconstruction in ancient egyptian style as acommodation for retreats or stays.

My big-hearted friend Tamer dedicated his whole life to rescue horses that were abused by people using them for pyramid rides, while not feeding and taking care of them properly. During COVID demand on horse rides and trips was low so he had to sell 8 horses. If we won´t help him by participating on project and fulfilling its exquisite
potential, he will be forced to sell horses and leave the farm.

The list of activities that can be done seems to be endless. Starting with animal and especially horse therapy, horse riding school and riding in desert, farming, growing own food, learning to cook authentic egyptian meals, improving health in various ways by practicing egyptian yoga, movement sessions,qigong, taichi, meditation sessions at the pyramids of Abu Sir and also traditional chinese medecine.
The retreats will also contain sacred ceremonies in the garden,various workshops, trips not just on horses to ancient temples, learning about the ancient Egyptian mysteries.

We believe that this refreshing oasis of peace for wellness healing and wholeness, in today´s stressful times will help people restore their balance and find their own way to healing and growth. And by revitalizing body mind and spirit in likeminded group,
true essence and purpose of their existence can be discovered. It’s almost like having a peek into the sacred creativity that we used to feel as children.
