- The problem of employment to college graduate students in Tanzania increase every day. Many college graduate suffers with difficult life because of being unemployed. Nature of education provided to Tanzania college students mostly prepares students to be employed rather than entrepreneurship. Hence the mindset of Tanzania college graduate students focus much on waiting for employment, as result fails to fulfill their daily basic needs and others join negative economic activities like robbery, use of drugs, alcohol, marijuana and so on. To overcome this situation I come with campaign of an entrepreneurship for college graduate students in Tanzania. Special Entrepreneurship Company will be opening. The company will deals with unique business plan from college graduate students. A simple research performed by me and found that most of unemployed graduate students have a good business plan but don’t have capital to make their business plan reality. Most don’t have access of loan from bank since don’t have collateral security, also don’t have capital since they are not the holder of any property asset. The entrepreneurship company will work by receiving great unique business plan from graduate students and evaluate best profitable business plan by taking consideration of nature of business to be performing, location of business, amount of capital to be invested, return (profit) on investment to be obtaining and market strategy of business to be operating. The partnership between business plan holder and Entrepreneurship Company will be establishing by signing legal contract. One of content of contract will be sharing of business available profit.60% of profit will be for Entrepreneurship company for operations and growth of company and 40% of profit will be for business plan holder(this will be as salary for business plan holder).The campaign started January 1 2017 to date.
