help to recover working tools

Good day to everyone, my name is Jorge, I'm from Buenos Aires Argentina. I am a person who works on my own, doing installations and maintenance of air conditioning. About 1 month ago, I was summoned to do a job and on the way I was robbed, all work tools were stolen.

Try to recover the tools by my own means, but I did not succeed. and it is the only means that I have, to pay the rental expenses and my family; They are my 3 children, my wife and me.
I hope you know how to understand my situation and I came here, as a last resort; since the tools are very expensive and I cannot replace them; Since for that, I don't have a pitifully stable job.
