63 primary students coming from poor families and 8 teachers are doing their teaching-learning process under broken-roof-classes, inappropriate chairs, no library and the teachers only get $25/month salary.
Since the environment is poor and many children who quit school are addicted to drugs, they usually steal any school's property that they could resell, even books.
It is super urgent to build better protection and hire a security guard to maintain both school's property and the students' safety.
We also need to pay the teachers more than just $25 a month. They deserve better. They are the chosen people who stay to educate unfortunate children regardless the payment.
