Help to propose my boyfriend in a lovely way <3

I'm form Tbilisi, Georgia. Me and my boyfriend, Zako, met each other 3 years ago at the college. Since then we are having sweet time together. We coped to difficult situations during all this time- even Covid-19 lockdown. Due to the fact we live in different cities(Tbilisi, Rustavi), distanced by 25km-s, we met each other few times during past months and the only option for transportation was his bicycle... but his bicycle is damaged now and we can't see each other as well as he is limited to commute.
On 23th of May he is having his golden birthday and I want to make it very special for him. I want to gift him a bicycle, as a symbol of our love(he taught me to ride the bicycle) and help him to simplify his life. In addition, I am going to propose him that day. I've been planning this few months now and I'm little bit self-conscious because it's not very popular to be proposed by girl but I believe that our love will win!
