Help to pay a tuition and buy a new laptop for studying

Hello, my name is Artiom, I am a student of Technical University of Moldova.

I am trying to pursue a career in biomedical engineering; however, along the way I faced some difficulties. I started my University life in Russia; however, due to COVID I was forced to get back to Moldova and transfer to a local University. Unfortunately, I face difficulties paying my tuition. Moreover, my PC doesn't comply with modern requirements of my study program as I need to use different modeling and coding programs.
