Help to get a house

My daughter has wanted to become a foster parent since she was 13, its always veen her goal. She's turning 18 this year, even though she cant be a foster parent till 21, she is saving up and working towards her goal. We've had many finacial problems in the past and she's had to start over many times to help me out. Now that we're in a good spot, i wanna find some way to help her reach her goal. I dont have the financial ability to go out and buy her a home but i wanna do something to help her. She's very hardworking, sweet, and motherly. She does her best to help everyone and she been babysitting since she was 15. I know she would be an amazing foster parent, so if you can in anyway please help.
