Help to get a chance to have a qualified higher education or job offer abroad

Hello, everyone there!

We are young couple from Russia and we are asking for your help to get a chance to have a qualified higher education or job offer abroad.
We both got Russian higher education. I had been working as a technologist in a repair locomotive depot for 3 years and my wife had been working in China for 1.5 year. Anyway the money we saved is not enough to pay for university in Canada or New Zealand. The money we have only can be used for visas, tickets and one month living.

Unfortunately, we have to survive here. Working as responsible and decent citizens we will never have enough money to move from this place.
