Make A Mosque Improvised

In my city, there is a Mosque which is owned by a sweet and religious old man. The mosque has been in a very bad condition in the middle of the market for years but the Mosque doesn't have any money to change its location or even make it in slightly better condition. The old man and his fellows are people of pure hearts and after meeting him, I felt extremely sorry for him since he also lived in the Mosque and believe me, it was a truly tragic situation.
