Help to build a home

Hello! 

I'm a girl from a financially poor family, which is why I am asking for your help. 
My grandmother's home is falling apart, she even doesn't have a watersystem in it ( shower, toilets), so she must bring all the water in from a well outside. At the moment, I can help her as much as possible, yet I have to leave for school and my mother had to move to another country to work, since the pay here didn't even pay her taxes.. 
I am bad at asking for help, yet we need it. We need money to renovate my grandmother's house as much as possible, since she's already 80 years old and not at her best health. 
Every little donation could help us make this place a home, get my grandma a shower and a warm toilet, where she doesn't have to be cold when she wants to go.. The fact that she's old, doesn't mean she must live her years working herself ill, literally. 
So please, every donation helps, I'm really desperate and this is my last chance.
