help tila

Hello my name is janine... let me explain my situation... i came to the states in february 2015 with my 2 kids... i am german, my father is american but he completely ignores me so i dont have any help to get my right papers to go to work.. i did have an interview and they wanted to hire me but i dont have the right papers and to get the right ones i need money wich i dont have...i dont have a dime in my name... i struggle every other week for diapers and food...wich is not the problem cause i have friends helping me with that...my problem is that my dog is still in germany...shes a problem dog (really really shy..pulling leash etc)..she changed her 'owner' 3 times in one and a half months...she can only stay 2 more months where she is right now..if i dont get her people are gonna give her around till she ends up in a shelter ... it would break my heart!!! she was there before my kids and my kids love her too...i dont know what to do anymore..im sure she misses us too...her flight with pet air costs 1090 euro and 200 dollars for customs...her shots are 114 euros, her passport 19 euro and her health certificate 14..i dont know how to get so much money in 2 months..we miss her so much!!! i dont have nobody to help me..i dont wanna loose her...please help me
