With the whole country on lockdown, the music industry is standing on a back foot with most artists and musicians unable to generate an income. Most struggling musicians can't afford the basic of services and resources. Majority don't have tools and resources to generate much needed exposure to help them get noticed, which will result in bookings, recording deals which translates into more income. Most of them rely on an average of 200 to 500 social followers to build their music careers.
To this end was www.MusiciansNetwork.co.za created - an online market place to help musicians to better promote themselves, access a wider network of music services / resources and most importantly: get much needed exposure to promoters, agents, labels and the like that are partnering with Musicians Network.
The platform currently offers 3 subscription packages. The first (and most popular) package is free while the platform also offers premium packages for the discerning musician who wants more value out of the platform.
Help us keep Musicians Network Free, to serve struggling musicians across the country
With COVID-19 hampering our efforts to continue growing Musicians Network, we need your help to keep the platform growing and free, for the sake of the many musicians we can assist in South Africa.
Help us to help struggling businesses in the music industry
Due to COVID 19, many organisations and businesses in the music industry (e.g. studios, agents, music schools, av rental services, and so many others) are also struggling to keep their lights on. Musicians Network, therefore also serves as a platform to connect these businesses with the very same musicians that use our platform - creating a musical ecosystem that connects all stakeholders in the industry with each other.
Your Funding goes a very long way!
By funding this campaign, you are not supporting a single person or organisation, but an entire ecosystem of musicians, bands, studios, music teachers, stores and many more that are in desperate need of assistance to connect with the services and resources they need to either stay afloat or reach the next level of their musical success!
For those who cannot assist us financially, we ask that you please help to create awareness about www.musiciansnetwork.co.za in any way shape or form.
