Help this village to save their river & provide education for the kids

I have been running an educational program teaching local kids basic English though lessons about caring for the natural environment, permaculture, sustainable waste management and other topics in our property for sometime now. To join my classes, the students are ask to pay with an ecobrick (made of plastic trashes), instead of money. The idea, of the ecobrick as payment is to lower plastic waste from ending up in the river. The educational program have been successful, as more and more children want to join us. Hence I am forced to contemplate expanding my program. But I do not have the necessary resources to take on larger numbers of students into the program. Therefore, we want to open a library for our community. So they can come and satisfy their craving for knowledge, open their mind about the world, while help saving our environment at the same time. To be a member in our library, they must pay with ecobrick. In our library, we want to have wide arrange of book collections suitable for kids, teenager, and also adults. And beside books, we also need a few computers and internet access in the library, for students to do research and access information. Our village is very remote. There's only one junior high school here, and no senior high school. The nearest senior high school is located three villages away from us. So not all the kids have the chance to continue their education to senior high school. I hope, with our library in the village, we can help them to learn and study independently. Please help us to realise this vision for the betterment of the community and the environment.
