Help this veteran get his kids back

By the time the year 2010 ended, Adrian Lee was a proud soldier and the proud father of a handsome boy and a beautiful baby girl.  He served proudly in the United States Army, and though he has hit some bumps along the way, he was a married man and was willing to take the necessary steps to ensure his well-being for his family.  By September of 2012, he was honorably discharged from the military, but the most devastating thing happened to him - his active duty wife forced him out of their home while he struggled with unemployment and major depression, and then took advantage of his lack of funds by divorcing him and gaining full custody of the children.

In spite of his efforts by regularly seeking counseling and getting the help he desperately needed through the VA, acquiring gainful employment, and actively trying to both make amends and to be very civil when discussing both their children and additional funds outside of the child support that he pays, she has made it very clear that she does not want him to be a part of their children's lives.  She has actively asked the father of their children to kill himself, knowing his past battles with suicide and depression, and has only allowed him two calls with the children thus far for 2013 - both times have been attempts to soften him up so she could ask him for money outside of child support.

She has expressed that she has no intention of allowing him to maintain a healthy conversation with their two children, and has told him that he could be replaced as a father for good.

Adrian has tried seeking help from both the child support services in Missouri where the kids reside and his ex-wife's unit, but both have not been able to help with his situation.

This is a situation in which Adrian needs to take her to court and appeal for the divorce, so that he may have a real presence in his children's lives, which has been the only thing he's ever wanted since the marriage fell apart.

Unfortunately, Adrian is facing financial struggles and there is a strong danger of his kids being relocated to Canada without his knowledge.  He resides in Texas, but the case must be held in Missouri - he needs an attorney in Missouri to act, but the money he saves is not strong enough.
