Help this poor dog to get propre treatment

I'm raising money to treat a poor dog that i found on the street in early morning when i was leaving to work , this poor dog has been badly beatened and tortured when i found him he was almost dead because of that cut on tge back of his neck , i tookhim to the veterinary immediatly to take care of the cut , but it found some serious and major internal hemorragies and is currently still hospitalized and it will stay until the treatment is done but the problem is that it cost quiet a lot and i would like to have some financial support if possible.
