Help this little angel to get back to walk

This dog was found very weak, bleeding and crying. She got hit by a car and we took her to the vet, where we discovered she had to undergo surgery because her femur broke, otherwise she'll lose her leg. Please, if you can, help this angel get back to walking and living a normal doggy life.

The initial costs (veterinarian and first aid) have already surpassed R$1000, the medicine is expensive and so is the surgery. We can't pay for everything alone and every cent is sure to help.
