Help Thea Hear & Speak

Dear friends, family, and you—the one who is reading this...

We humbly implore your mercy to help us help Thea for her cochlear implant surgery this 2020. She was diagnosed last year with severe to profound hearing loss (her right ear has profound hearing loss while her left ear has severe hearing loss).

Althea Leigh Perez is the daughter of Judilyn Dionisio and Lester Perez. She is just like any other four-year-old girl except she couldn't hear and speak. She is a sweet, jolly, and a smart little girl who loves to eat fruits and play with her friends. Thea loves to sing even though no words come out of her mouth. She loves to dance even if she can't totally hear the music.

It breaks our hearts to see her like this but we are still hoping that one day she will be able to hear the most beautiful sounds in this world—the music, that of our surroundings, and the healing sounds of nature. Most of all, we want hear her voice, we want to hear her speak, and all of these will be made possible if she undergoes cochlear implant surgery which we plan to do this April 2020 just in time for her 5th birthday.

Funds will go towards:

• one set of cochlear implant PhP895,000.00
• doctor's fee PhP200,000.00
• other medical fees including medicines
