運用信息通信技術 (ICT) 在當今企業是很普及的，尤其是在過去兩年，當COVID-19 在意想不到的情況下影響着我們，ICT 的重要性更加顯露無遺。對於資源有限的中小型企業或組織而言，在部署ICT系統時，他們會更加關注功能性，在很多情況下，忽略了網絡安全對其ICT系統的重要性。重要的是，當安全事件發生時，網絡安全事件的受害者不僅是組織，而且是ICT系統的用戶。
