Help the needy

Briged Siswa is a compulsory subject in my university and it is part of our curricula. In the subject module, the students are required to do a project on volunteerism for the community. In cooperation with Pahang Social Welfare Department (PSWD), we decided to help some unfortunate and poor families around Kuantan and my group chose Ayah Mat's family.

A year ago, Ayah Mat's house was burnt down entirely. The disastrous incident left him and his wife, Mak Ju without anything...All of his furniture, money, clothes were burnt and his family's valuable items were stolen after the fire has been extinguished. Right now, Ayah Mat and Mak Ju live nomadically. The house they stay in right now belongs to someone else and it's very small without any electricity and clean water supply. Plus, the house's roof is leaked and when the raining season comes, the rain water will enter the house through the punctured roof.

Talk about work, Mak Ju is the one who supports the family. She works in a sawmill while her husband can't work anymore due to the health problems caused by a car accident a few years back. Mak ju sacrifices all of her time and energy to do a heavy labour and the pay cheque is very cheap. They only can eat once a day due to an insufficient amount of money.

I hope people around the globe can fund this unfortunate family so they can have a better future and to support their daily life and medical fees.
