Help the Moroccan Children’s Trust!

The Moroccan Children’s Trust aims to Build a Brighter Future for children in Morocco. We improve the quality of life for street-connected children and their families in Taroudannt, southern Morocco, through social and educational development programmes and volunteer projects run in partnership with an in-country NGO. Our sustainable approach is what separates us from other organisations, and our projects are culturally sensitive and embedded in the community.

As part of our Street Children Project, our team of local social workers offers practical and emotional support to street-connected children who face challenges in their daily lives such as neglect and physical abuse and who encounter obstacles in accessing healthcare and education.
We also aim to empower the mothers of these children through our Women’s Project, where we offer them the tools they need to be more confident, self-sufficient individuals.
Our work in Morocco is supported by a number of local volunteers who generously give up their time in addition to international volunteers recruited through our Volunteer Project.

It is thanks to private donations that MCT can continue to run projects that are transforming the community of Taroudannt, Morocco.
