HELP THE MENTALLY CHALLENGED AND JOIN IN THE FIGHT AGAINST STIGMATISATION

Mental Health is a challenge in sub Saharan Africa, more especially Ghana where I come from. The ordeal that mentally Ill patients go through is appaling. They are mostly left to their fate with little or no care at all, they are left to fend for themselves with little or no food and water which aggravates their predicament. Some of them are chained because of their aggression. This is where Cristal Healthline Foundation comes into play.
