Help the Little Man take on Corporate Bullying

     In August of 2012 my mother whom I am the power of attorney and primary care giver had a severe fall. She fractured her left skull, and was needing nuero surgery du to fluid building on her spine. On this day the company I had worked for for over 14 years denied me an emergency vacation in which I had 94.36 hours available. I was told, despite my moms condition, once stable after being transferred to a second hospital to just come to work. I stupidly listened to the manager, had their been a director at said time, I would have gone to him immediately and all of this may not have happened.           When I walked into work as told later that night, almost 11pm, I was called into the office and I was to be suspended for missing my shift, the suspension was pending investigation and they would get b aack to me. While suspended I had friends at wowrk called in to the managers regarding mypersonal disability and state of mind. Which in all companies it is against regulations to do so. IT took them almost 3 weeks to come down to the decision of letting me go, that neither my disability, bullying, and harrassment had nothing to do with it. So,  I got an attorney which cost me all the money in my 401k, and the state even picked up the case as it was AMericans with Disabilities Act.          Now almost two years later due mostly to the state I was finally able to have a meeting with the company in question. The state gave us a list of demands, such as returning to work, being re-instated with my seniority, and the benefits I left with. It included all the money, Insurance, compensatory damages, and lawyer fees. All I flat out wanted was my life back after these past two years as I enjoyed my job and it was taken from me. I have a valid case. I have a lawyer who will fight for me, and unfortunately due to the past two years I can't even afford to take these people to trial, or litigation, and they know it. Their offer of $5000.00 was like  a slap in the face.           I want to take them to court, I never should have lost my job or feel sub-human, but that is what they have done. I am still caring for my mother, and I want them to know what they've done to us by taking away my livelihood. It will cost a total of $12,000.00 for the litigation which I have to have by August 26th, 2014, and this can also take up to another 4-6 years, but I'm willing to fight this. Can you help me get the money to take this as far as it will go, and show they can't do this to people.        We aren't just numbers, we are human beings, and sometimes need help to right thwrongs done. I am just one of the many people haveing been bullied, harassed, losing a 14 year job, and the corporate rely upon people like me and other to have nothing to fight them back with. PLease help me to make a difference not just for me, but for all those others as well, an donation will due.
