Help The IDP’s of War Torn Area

I am raising money for the internally displaced people(IDP's) Of waziristan Area... no body is helping them.. not even the NGO's.. the people of waziristan sacrificed everthing for the war on terror... they lost their families, houses... the government of pakistan initiated a program for them so that they can build their homes again.. but it was full of corruption... and the people of the area are still waiting for their money which were 4000$ per family.. but some of them got them and some of them not... but who can build their houses for 4000$.. average house over there cost 12000$... so i request you guys to help them... i am not from an ngo or charity... i just want to help them... their children are not getting any education... school have been built for them but no teacher are teaching them.. the teacher only come to the area to collect their salary.. so i request you guys to help them.. please
