Patient Yolanda is 60 years old with the height of 4'11 and weight of 35 kg. (Malnourished)
Her skin and eyes are color yellow and she vomits everything she eat due to a tumor on her stomach and Hepatolithiasis that caused obstruction in her liver.
Her Current Diagnosis is Obstructive Jaundice probably secondary to Hepatolithiasis, biliary stricture in moderate colangitis.

S/p ERCP+ double stenting ( TMC Aug 2017); S/p EXLAP Cholecystectomy + IOUS+ Excision of Extrahepatic biliary tree+FS of CBD +LEFT Hemihepatectomy + Right cholangio jejustomy (rous-EN-Y)+ JP drain(RMC4-5-2018)
For now, she need to gain weight and under 2DECHO, MRI,ERCP AND ETC.
