Help the disabled – Michelle Nordquist

Hello friends, I am Michelle, I am 52 and retired from The City of Roseville. I have two daughters, ages 17 and 20. We live in the city of Roseville, California.

My daughter and I have become disabled and I am not eligible for state disability assistance. I had a great job and career with The City of Roseville and I was very successful. Two years ago I developed focus, concentration and memory issues and was no longer able to do my job and I had to retire early. My retirement is not enough to provide me and my daughter with a home.

I have been to a Neurologist and we have tried medications and nothing has helped, he thinks I have early onset Alzheimer’s for which there is no cure. He mentioned there is stem cell therapy that might help but I cannot afford it. Unfortunately over time my condition will only worsen.

I am only 52 and I would really like to work but am not able to. I have osteoarthritis in both of my knees so I am not able to do a physical job either.

I need to get funds as soon as possible to help pay my bills. I would like to raise enough money to buy a house as I can’t afford rent or a mortgage payment. I would also like to raise money for when I have to go into a memory care facility when my daughter will no longer be able to care for me.

My daughter began having balance issues and is dizzy. The doctors say she has Labryinthitis. We don't know if it will ever go away and there seems to be no medical treatment for this condition. My daughter had a horse that she is having to give up because we can't afford the vet bills.

My retirement is not enough to live off of and my daughter cannot help me out financially either. I am so stressed out I am hardly able to function. I've been praying everyday for a miracle or some help, so far there have been no solutions. If we could get donations to help us survive we would be so grateful. We really need your help and I hope you can help us please.
