Rosario is a specialist in the martial arts and Randall an certified personal trainer. Randall build up a lot of experience in Europe's Fitness and Health industry and tried his luck in the Caribbean. He sees a great potential in the Caribbean to raise the industry to new a level. The Fitness and Health industry is an booming business since 2009 and is still growing every year. The reason behind all this is that in the early 2000 's formerly known as gym's had a big make over. They made it more accessible for the regular population. Lowered the membership pricing, having almost an fitness-center on every corner and fun classes you could join and much more. The Caribbean gym owners really didn't get memo and still have that old bodybuilder image, high pricing, old materials and limited locations. Whilst with the help of social media platforms the demand of change is extremely high

Now the most important. Help us build up an international fitness-center in the whole Caribbean. Our first baby-steps with this funding round is to set-up an prototype company. That means

• Get legal documents on several islands like Aruba, Curacao and Sint Martin.
• Launch the 24-FIT website for early bird subscriptions, marketing and information.
• Start filming the virtual classes.
• Install membership administration and application. (Virtue Gym)
• Start marketing phase 1 and 2. Prepare print work like outdoor signage, indoor print work and clothing and print on dry-fit shirts. Prepare animated video footage to build momentum. Ad words, YouTube & Social media Ads.

Why an prototype you may ask. (good question).. Well it's a strategy, with an international project such as this one we need VC-investors. If we go with this idea-stage to an investor we may lose 70% to 80% of the business. With an prototype we can lower that to 30%.
