Help the animals of Hurricane Harvey

We have decided to reach out to a texan shelter, that we already have close communication with, to express our willingness in helping the animals of Texas. Over the past few days we have seen photos arise of dogs tied up, left in home, left in boats, and ultimately left behind to fend for themselves. We can never know how the people of Texas are feeling but we do know that NYC and all of its residents will STAND UP in honor of these animals.
