Help Terry through Recovery

My sister Terry has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer... a few months after our other sister Bev was diagnosed. Terry is a hairdresser and only works on a commission basis. She's been very fortunate to have caught the cancer in its early stages so will hopefully not require to have chemo treatment, however she still needs to go through a mastectomy and radiation thereafter, which means 3 to 8 weeks off from work, depending on how much radiation she needs to have. Which means zero income during this time.

On top of this Terry recently switched jobs and her medical aid was cancelled without her being given the option of switching the medical aid into her name...so she's reliant on the government here for the operation and treatment (eeek!!). All other medical expenses that she may incur will have to be for her account...

AND because she resigned from her previous job she's been told she can't claim from the Unemployment Insurance Fund (we're still investigating this one further, but even if she can claim it won't be nearly enough to get her through these next few months).

We (her family) will help out too, of course, but I'm still very concerned that it won't be enough. I'm therefore reaching out to the masses for help in the form of donations. Any bit will help.
