Helping my cousin!

Good day!

With my cousin, Teonette Chavez Antonio, I would like to appeal to your generous heart for financial support for her family.

She has Chronic Kidney Disease due to igA Nephropathy and was diagnosed with Acute Pulmonary Congestion. Wherein, she had multiple cardiac arrest and has been intubated and mechanically ventilated for almost 4 months in ICU, undergone regular dialysis 3x a week and a series of blood transfusion.

My cousin was admitted at San Juan De Dios Hospital on January 13, 2020 and is currently in the intensive Care Unit (ICU) for close monitoring and treatment.

Current hospitalization expenses is approximately Php1.8 million pesos excluding professional fees.
