Greetings to all the kind-hearted people! I am filled with excitement to share my vision of reviving Pizzeria Galerija, nestled in the heart of Maribor.

During its heyday, this place delighted visitors with exquisite culinary treats. From delicious pizzas to tasty pastas, it provided a delightful retreat. Whether you were a student, office worker, or simply a local resident, it was the perfect spot to savour a cup of exceptional coffee.

I have made the decision to lease this establishment with a mission to create a haven where people can relish in freshly prepared gluten-free meals and enjoy a comforting cup of coffee. As someone who has lived with gluten intolerance throughout my life, I understand the struggles of finding gluten-free options in Slovenia, particularly in Maribor.

Unfortunately, this charming place had fallen into disrepair due to various circumstances. Determined to restore its former glory, the owner and I have united our efforts, embarking on a journey of refurbishment. So far, we have replaced worn-out chairs and tables, revamped the water installation, and completely rejuvenated the restrooms. Skilled professionals have been enlisted to address the electrical and air conditioning systems.

My aspiration is to create a secure and inviting space that will entice visitors to frequently relish in everything it has to offer. I assure you that an array of delectable treats awaits every palate!

To bring this dream to life, I have devised plans to renovate the kitchen, breathe new life into the old wood-fired pizza oven, and enhance the walls and gallery. Additionally, new pots, cutlery, and a computer for music will be acquired. A trip to the grocery store is imminent to provide the finest ingredients to prepare the most incredible dishes. Moreover, I aim to transform the terrace into a serene oasis adorned with vibrant flowers, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The grand opening is set for the 1st of September, and I sincerely hope to gather sufficient funds by then. I wholeheartedly express my gratitude for your support; every contribution means the world to me.

Together, we aspire to cultivate a wider array of accessible gluten-free options in Maribor, and I hold hope that all our aspirations will come to fruition.
