Campaign Story
Last Feb 16. 2020, my cousin Diodelyn Boter had given birth to Takumi. Unfortunately, Takumi was diagnosed with a Neonatal pneumonia and congenital heart disease. His Congenital Heart Disease diagnosis consisted of Total Pulmonary Venous Return to the Superior Vena Cava, Patent Foramen Ovale, and Moderate Tricuspid Regurgitation.
As of this moment, Takumi is admitted in Southeast Asian Medical Center. Takumi needs to undergo surgery as soon as possible and his surgery will be at the Philippine Heart Center. May you please help us by donating for Takumi's treatments. Thank you.
