Help taking my mom out of war

Hello everyone.

My parents used to live in Donetsk which was Ukraine before 2014 when the war started there. In 2015, my father died and my mother left alone in the middle of war between Ukraine and Russia. Each year she's getting older and feels less capable of staying there alone. Now she is 66.

I would like her to move closer to me, to Moscow or to Moscow region because she needs help. But I can't afford even the cheapest property.

Hope you will help me raise some money to buy a small flat for my mother and take her out of war.
