World Challenge has been running educational expeditions since 1987. We run our expeditions in the ethos of Challenge, Participation and Environment, to help open the minds and broaden the experience of young people as well as benefit the communities of the locations we visit.

My World Challenge Trip

The World Challenge trip available to Munich International School for June of 2016 allows us to travel to Peru for an expedition of 21 days. Once in Peru we will be undertaking several challenges and learning from the several experiences and journeys. The most rewarding section of our trip will be traveling to Puno, near Lake Titicaca where we will be able to complete our service trip for seven days. We will be continuing the work of World Challenge teams that came before us in order to make the community of Puno more inviting and furnished so that the village can increase there economic income from the ever growing tourism. I will also have the opportunity to teach english to local children, furnish houses and orphanages and help raise awareness to the environmental issues and prevention programs in the village. We will furthermore be able to organise activities within the community to help build a stronger sense of comfort and responsibility in the village of Puno. However, in order to reach this goal and to help make Puno a better home for the locals I will need to use the donations to allow me to help the less privileged, and any further donations that exceed my goal will be donated directly upon arrival to the village itself.

By following and donating to my cause I will be able to reach Peru where I plan to make the best of my time there by helping the community and in the process learn very important skills that will further help me help them. Any donation helps no matter how small or large, I will continue to update my site with information on my preparation as well as the steps I will take to reach my end goal and I thank you in advance for your support.
