Surisa is in PE provincial oncology ward, she is in isolation and there are always extras that need to be covered, her Mommy is not working at the moment and is battling to cover day to day expenses, and also traveling from Uitenhage to PE daily. Surisa has a younger brother and an older sister too..this is a fundraiser to help this family cope with this horrible disease and the still to come aftermath thereof, any donation, big or small will be highly appreciated, anything to make things easier for them would be highly appreciated. *Acute Myeloid Leukemia* (AML) happens when the body makes too many immature white blood cells. These cells, called myeloid blasts, can't mature into normal white blood cells. Because AML develops and gets worse quickly, prompt treatment is very important.
