Hi, my name is Emmanuel Tuwesigye. I live in Cape Town. I am currently completing my first major at the University of the Western Cape(UWC). I am excited to inform you that I was accepted at Oakwood University in the United States. My health insurance, living and tuition fees sum up to $30,000. My parents are but just average earners and have supported me and my siblings thus far. They cannot afford to foot my school bill at Oakwood.
