My daughter Sujitha had been diagnosed congenital heart disease (CHD) ventricular septal defect (VSD) has a 9 mm hole in the wall between its two lower chambers.
Doctors have informed me that she require a surgery.
I am writing this in extreme need of financial help.
I have tried all possible ways to arrange the money required for her surgery but the amount is beyond my reach.
Only your kind support can save my daughter.
