Help students in Israel

We are about to start a company of a new kind. The main purpose is to help the students in israel with car expenses. Lot of students get to colleges by cars, and the prices of fuel are very expensive. Our company is about to provide them, the students the fuel for their cars (money for fuel). I can not expand and tell about our idea because its not a patent yet, soon will be. All i can i say it includes ads. For starting this company we need to raise money. Every amount will be great.
