Help stray cats and dogs

İn a very small house, my mum has been taking care of stray cats and dogs for the past 20 years in a village in western Turkey. Many of these animals have suffered trauma and illness at the hands of the negligence and cruilty of people. Due to a lack of federal and municpal support, she cannot afford to feed or vaccinate them properly. Her heart is big, but she feels as though no one is listening to her---her only wish being to speak on behalf of, take care of, and provide safe homes for these beautiful furry children. She is not asking for money but rather support with food and medical care
