Please Help My Kids from Turning Blind

My 19 year old daughter and my 17 year old son both suffer with retinitis pigmentosa (RP), a rare genetic disorder that involves a breakdown and loss of cells in the back of the eye. For years my children have been complaining of eye problems such as loss of side vision and difficulty seeing at night. It makes my heart break as I'm worried they could eventually go blind. Both of my children need transcorneal electrical stimulation which should help slow down the disease progression and restore visual clarity in both eyes however this procedure costs £6,000 each.
