34% of teenagers become pregnant. 80% of pregnant teens end up on welfare. 30% of teen parents are homeless. These numbers are continuously rising. Mani Mae’s Haven tackles the special problems of vulnerable teen parents. The program is for co-parenting and single parenting, including those with multiple children. We guide them through a difficult period to help them become the best possible parents. We have an intensified interest in finding ways to support young parents, break the cycle of poverty and reliance on welfare. We offer essential skills, education support, health information and more. We work hard to motivate each parent to work hard toward achieving independence and stability.
