Help sindy surgery

My friend rescued her dog, sindy, from Antigua. sindy came with severe anxiety as well as physical problems from her early years. She has been stuck in diapers since she was adopted in March 2020 due to an incontinence issue (she was unable to control urine release, and was therefore always leaking ).

Medications did not help, so she ended up going through an exploratory ultrasound where they found she has an ectopic ureter (the type can only be diagnosed after further tests). She now requires another ultrasound, a cystoscopy, as well as surgery. The diagnosis will not be official until the surgery begins and they can see where the issue is.
