Hello, my name is Sinta Posadas. I'm a game designer from the Philippines. I've been doing design since about 2017 and have been consistently active in the tabletop community since then. I'm currently a member of Gamers and Gaming Meets (G&GMeets), an organisation in Metro Manila, that hosts tabletop rpg events.
This year, G&GMeets put up Session Zero 2020, an event that gave a platform to 20 Philippine game designers to showcase all their works so far. The event also included several artists and merchants for gaming accessories like dice, stickers, maps so that they could have a space to connect with their consumers and sell their wares. We also had a couple of streamers have booths at the event to show people the many ways of how streaming actual plays of tabletop rpgs can be done. The event was the most successful event to date and we managed to give designers the space to sell, promote, and playtest their games to a wider audience. For many of these designers, this was their first time to even make and sell their games.
I am also an admin for Play Without Apology where we actively advocate for safe spaces in geekdom, specifically in tabletop rpgs. This year we held the second Lacuna Con, a tabletop rpg event that is meant to be a safe space for women and LGBTQ+.
In terms of game design, I've created ten games this year, three of which are collaborations. Some of these games include a 4-game series of plant games, where you play as sentient plants out to fight against evil bugs and protect your home and a map-making game where you travel across a desolate world with your partner to find The Safe Land, as a metaphor for queer love and all the trials that come with it. I do all my own layout and photo manipulation on my games and have happily done art and layout work for others. In particular, I had the wonderful opportunity to make the cover art for a charity bundle that was put together by some incredible people and went for sale on Black Friday over at Exalted Funeral. Of these, I have many, many more projects that I hope and wish to work on.
And this is where I really need your help. I've been having an ongoing problem with my rent, due to some heavy personal circumstances. I've been trying to seek work, do double time on some projects to try my best to make it work, but I find that I've yet to catch up on the backlog and I would really, really appreciate the help. Fixing this backlog would really help me concentrate better on design and some community initiatives that I am helping with. I could do so much more without this weighing heavily on me.
If you pledge at least 5 USD, I'll give you any of my games that you want. If you give at least 10, I'd happily give you 2 games. Anything more than that and I will give you a copy of all of them. I would really like to show how thankful I am for your help.
Aside from getting a copy of my games, pledging at least 15USD gives you a copy of all my games plus I can design a cover for you or do some photo manipulation, in however which style that you prefer. If you pledge at least 20USD, I'd be happy to do some layout work for your game document, your playbook or anything else. For 50USD and higher, I can offer full illustrations for you, whether digital or traditional. If you'd like to see what art I'm capable of, you can check my instagram here.

We have many big plans for local game design for 2020. We've already started gearing up to make Session Zero 2020 bigger and better. We have ideas on how to further equip more people for their design, such as workshops and irl game jams. I also have dreams of possibly making it to Big Bad Con 2020. All of these things will be so much more possible if this issue with my rent could be helped before the year ends and I need as much support as possible to get there. Please help me keep a roof over my head.
