Help Sick Nala with vet bills

This is our lady here, Nala. She's been our best friend and loyal guard for the past 4 years. Since the beginning of this year her condition has deteriorated and is now getting worse. She appears to have mange, sores, lacerations, infections, intestinal parasites, fleas amd flies, and each day she seemes to be getting severely malnourished. Her spinal cord and rib cage is now palpably protruding out. I can't even bathe her anymore as it's painful to me to feel her bone skeleton. I have began the necessary minimal medical treatments but I have found these extremely costly given her dire condition. She is suffering terribly and I fear that she may need to be put down. I really need our community, friends, and families to help as little as they can.
