Surgery to help little Shaydon Overmeyer

Dear :Mr/Mrs

My son Shaydon Overmeyer needs help to undergo a operation to give him the ability to use his arm that was injury at time of delivery where doctor and medical staff had to get him out otherwise him and his mother could have died but god gave the mother the strength to get Shaydon out and his a happy soul but he needs help its painful to recap back to the day but he needs help

There is a operation that Shaydon has to undergo for his right arm to function nerves were damaged due doctors and medical staff literally pulling him out of his mother otherwise mom and son could have passed away.shaydon need help for this operation to take place as im looking after my son at this moment he needs special attention because of him not being able to crawl or balance his body his 6 months old and his been going for check ups but the operation must definitely happen as instructed by doctors to make him use the right hand when he gets older and attend start attending school,learn to write ect.

There is a operation to help Shaydon use his right arm and hand one day so that his arm can move like the left arm does.While we already selling food Fridays and Saturdays and sell what I can to buy whatever he needs to make the operation happen,we need your help to accomplish the target so that the operation may go ahead they will have to recover or replace nerves in the arm as well as the hand to make it open,close and move.

Please help my son accomplish his surgery because I cant leave him at a creche or caregiver so im sitting without work aswel.
